This is MadaLiving. Your modern guide on living your most fulfilling life.

We are a refreshingly independent, transparent, and actionable digital media publication bringing to your life all things Madagascar. We are focused on Malagasy Millennials and all who love Madagascar.

Before MadaLiving was MadaLiving, it went through many iterations and was brainstormed beginning in May 2020, the year known as the Covid-19 pandemic. Our co-founders, both looking for ways to stay connected to Madagascar, wanted to create an entity that they both found were missing in people's lives. They agreed that the world would never be the same after the pandemic and that disseminating information and having an informed public were incredibly essential, as well as fitting the Malagasy people and Madagascar into that puzzle.

You see, as much as we dislike the movie Madagascar, it must be mentioned only for how maybe 40% of the world (not an exact statistic but seems like it) came to know about the island.

We would like to change that. You see, us Malagasy people deserve much better than an animated movie with maybe a glimpse of our flora and fauna. We’re not saying the movie should burn in H-E-double hockey-sticks (it’s a movie reference sheesh) but our island is so much more than the movie. It’s a vibrant culture, an incredible history, with wholesome friendly people deserving of respect and proper representation.

MadaLiving plans to also be a way for you to get news and learn about Madagascar with quick facts and practical information, without going through the hassle of reading a long dissertation filled with thesis and antithesis. So there you go!
